Homemade dessert

Yes, all dessert on our table is homemade..except gula2 la yer. Fa xde lg kilang wat marshmallow, jelly beans, lollipop, dairymilk chocolate n etc hihiiihi =). So, insyaAllah, semua sedap2. Ramai yang tny, quantity makanan macam mana. So meh fafa citer sket. Since semua homemade, dr dapur kecil fafa n kakak2 fa, insyaAllah, ade la lebih. Dalam menu, fa list yg paling minimum.

Contoh macam cupcake, dlm menu fa letak 25 pcs. Actually, bila wat cuppies akan dapat lebih. We all pon dah borring nk mkn kn...(konon jaga badan), so extra fa bg je pada customer. Sometimes wat backup jugak. mana la tau, ada ke-comot-an masa transport, so at least ada la back up yg comey tu.

Same goes to pavlova, tarts and apam polka dot. Kek xde lebih eh...1 tu je la. Over tau.

Kuantiti coklat (Chocolate fountain).
mengikut kajian, seeloknye 1kg chocolate fondue ialah utk 30 org. Min chocolate fondue fa bg ialah 2kg.
dan mengikut survey fa sendiri, 2kg Chocolate fountain bersama lebih kurang 200 cucuk fresh fruits dan marshmallow, will last about 3 hours. Peak hour kul 12tgh - 3ptg semasa majlis. Seriously, I cant count how many ppl at my candy booth during the event.
